He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Crake and Maureen Crake; and his brothers, Larry (Margaret) and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Jason (Miranda) and Trevor (Amanda); his granddaughter Maeve; his brothers, Doug (Jean), Dave (Sally), Michael (Wendi) and John (Melinda); and his siblings-in-law, Joe and Ellen (Cliff). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
