He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, April (Matthew), Jacklyn, Kelly (Mike) and Patrick (Jaida); his grandchildren, Harper and Beckett; and his siblings, John (Pam), Debbie and Lori (Tom). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
