He was predeceased by: his children, Alan Welsh (Kayla Lobb) and Krystal Welsh; his grandchildren, Jakeb, Autumn, Quentin, Bella and Jaxon; and his father Darwell Welsh.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Welsh; his stepchildren, Jennifer Cluley (Thomas) and John-Paul Wilson; his mother Phyllis Welsh; and his siblings, David (Audrey), Janet (Neil Mater) and Philip (Janet).
