She is survived by : her husband Brandon Trotter; her parents, Christopher Arthur George Penney and Tara Megan Rakoczy (Christopher Arthur George Penney); her siblings, Jasmine, Brooke and Christopher; her parents-in-law, Michael Trotter and Allison Trotter; her siblings-in-law, Melissa Rudy (Trotter) and Brett Rudy; her niece Sloane Rudy; her nephew Delta Rudy; her grandparents, Rhona Penney Cromwell, Mary Rakoczy and Garry Cromwell; and her grandmother-in-law Fredrick Shearing.

A reception was held on Saturday, October 28th 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Memorial.
