He was predeceased by : his wife Ellen Daisley; his daughter Elaine Wright; and his brother Christopher. He is survived by : his sons, Ken (Diane) and Gary; his grandchildren, Sandra, Julie, Lewis, Emma, Candice, Richard and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Jackie, Cassie, Dillin, Lukin, Emilia, Lucia, Sawyer, James and Charlotte; his great great grandchildren, Paisley and Lincoln; and his siblings, Beryl and Denis. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, March 23rd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Memorial.
