He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doreen Nixon, Kathleen Gage, Eleanor Carmichael, June McLean, Shirley Chittenden (Jim) and Len (Vi).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kurtz; his siblings, Ruth Gerth (Bob), Ken, Allan, Bruce (Jean) and Lorne (Gerry); and his sister-in-law Kathy Kennedy (Doug). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
