He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen and Bonnie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, John Jr. (Dawn), Stephen (Dunya) and Lee; his grandchildren, Brock, Kingston, Stephanie, Amina and Mila; and his siblings, Peter (Belinda), Michael (Lori), Jane Paula (Mike) and Nancy (Al).
