He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son John David (Yanie); his grandchildren, Lucas, Raymond, Alexander and Melissa; his great grandchildren, Lexington, Hailey and Dylan; his granddaughter Trisha (Ross); his great grandchildren, Jasmine and Summer; his grandson Christopher (Iriana); his great grandchildren, Nina Jane and Christian; and his pet Oliver. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
