He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Bernadette Price; his children, Ulrich (Meltem) and Melissa Price; his stepchildren, Julie (Brett), Gisèle (Louis) and Dennis (Amanda); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Corey), Dylan (Kristina), Elizabeth (Trisha), Jacob (Teodora), Cameron (Celeste), Andrew (Emily), Jackson and Violet; his great grandchild Jason; his stepgrandchildren, Selim, Brandon and Zachary; his sisters, Theresa, Martha and Margaret; and his father C. W. Sullivan. He was also cherished by his extended family and numerous friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 1st 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 2nd 2023 at 10:00 AM at the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church (42 Dawson Rd, Orangeville, ON L9W2W3). A reception was held on Saturday, December 2nd 2023 at 11:30 AM at the Dods & McNair Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
