He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collett "Jack" and Violet Talbot; his siblings, Ben John (Doreen), John (Pat), Lavinia (Jim) and Wesley (Gillian); and his brother-in-law Robert.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Sullivan; his brother Colin (Norma); his siblings-in-law, Kerry, Tim Dews and Sharon Sullivan; his children, Tracey Hand-Breckenridge and Ian Breckenridge; his grandchildren, Sarah Breckenridge-Payne (Tim Payne), Ian Andrew Breckenridge (Jessica Murphy), Jenny and Barry Sawyer; his great grandchildren, Ben and Logan; his grandchildren, Matthew and Camy Hand; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob, Cassandra, Coleby and Chase. He is also survived by his brothers, children, nieces and nephews in the UK and Canada, and grandchildren.
