He was predeceased by: his wife Heidi Buchanan. He is survived by: his children, Heidi Ann (Peter Bishop) and Duncan Fraser; his grandchildren, Cameron Laurence (Sara) and Amy Elizabeth; and his great grandchild Noah Christopher Bishop. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to St. Mark's Anglican Church, Parkinson Canada or Bruce Trail Club Conservancy would be appreciated by the family.
