She is survived by: her children, Martha (Stephen) and Geoff (Jo-Ann); her grandchildren, Carly (David), Tori (Dillon), Jenna (Brandon) and Kyle (Trent); her great grandchildren, Spencer and Miles; her siblings, Bev (Ted) and Ian (Joanne); and her caregiver Doctor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Leslie's memory to Bethell Hospice Foundation.
