We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Lois Mateev (Orangeville, Ontario), born in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Mateev (Melody), June Porter (Howey), Nata Mateev and Simeon Mateev (Sylvie); her grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew Mateev, Jasmine Brausen, Dana Michelle, Sarah Porter, Megan, Whitney, Holly and Jake Mateev; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Noah Boston, Amber and Axle Mateev.

“In loving memory of Lois Mateev, To the whole family. Lois was my moms sister and they were very similar people..kind gentle and caring. I loved going to the Kap Inn to visit her over the years and she was always so happy to see us. She even came to one of my soccer games many years ago with my mom to cheer me on. Her eulogy by Howie was beautiful and the pictures show how much she loved her family .. Sharing in your sorrow. With love and friend ship. Rest In Peace Aunt Lois, Kelly St.Onge”
