He was predeceased by: his brother Tony (Tina); and his parents, Giuseppe Lombardi and Rosaria Lombardi. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Michalsky; his daughters, Tara Michalsky (Bill) and Sara Franco (Freddy); his grandchildren, Cristiano and Mateo; and his siblings, Frank (Rose) and Rose. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
