She was predeceased by: her husband John Phillips; and her parents, Jim McCullough and Theresa McCullough. She is survived by: her siblings, John McCullough, Janie Newman (late Bill), Patty Duffy, Mike McCullough (Cathy) and Jim McCullough (Tammy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
