He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Westlake; his mother Marlene Westlake; his siblings, Andrea (Steve Phillips), Liane Westlake and Steve Westlake (Tara-Lynn); and his nephews, Madison (Derrick), Chet (Zhdania) and Liam. He is also survived by extended family, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Orangeville SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
