He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Parkinson (Tina Andersen-Parkinson); and his grandchildren, Gunner and Benjamin. He is survived by: his child Lesley Warren (Jon); his granddaughters, Sophie and Sarah; and his siblings, Phillip Parkinson and Patricia Parkinson. He is also survived by other relatives, many friends.
