He was predeceased by : his brothers, Kenneth and Christopher. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Einboden; his sons, Martin and Philip; his grandchildren, Jamie, Ayden, Salem and Theo; his parent Charlotte; and his sisters, Jackie (Robert), Suzanne, Brigitte and Teresa (Duncan). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
