With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Anger (Orangeville, Ontario), who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Andrea Malinoski (Romain) and Adrian; his grandson Zachary (Jayden); his parents, Matthew Anger and Ruth Anger of Moorefield, Ontario.; and his wife Diane Fisher of Weston, Ontario.. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Family Transition or the Orangeville Food Bank would be appreciated by the family as Bob was a long term donor to these charities.
