He is survived by: his wife Leatrice of Sinatra's New York; his sister Dona; his brother-in-law Dave; his niece Susan; his nephews, Scott and David; his children, Jennifer Timpano (Will), Julie Work, Phillip Spencer (Marilyn), Alison Sinclair (Trevor) and Tracey O'Neill (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Matthew (Natalya), Kassandra, Kayla, Samantha, Nicholas, Isabelle, Cameron (Alanna), Tyler (Sara), Sarah, Connor, Michael (Carmen), Shannon (Jacob) and Natalie.

“Ron and I played and worked together since we were in grade school. Got into a lot of trouble but boy was it fun. Late in life we would talk on the phone about our love of music, the Jays and TV. Together we were the very best of friends through the good and bad times and I will truly miss him. We were a pair!”
