He is survived by: his parents, Kim Whittaker (Jamie) and Gary Plourde (Jill); his siblings, Lana Plourde (Evan) and Scott Plourde (Madison); his siblings' children, Tiana, Callen and Devon; and his appointment chauffeur Jenny. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
