He was predeceased by: his wives, Grace Proctor and Doris Woolner; and his child Terry. He is survived by: his children, Fred (Pat) and Marilyn; his extended family, Brian (Wendy), Paul (Sharon), Barry and Ron (Beverly); his grandchildren, Sheila (Brian), Amanda (Luke), Shari (John), Jennifer (Chris), Lorrie (Mike), Nathan, Daniel, William, Brianna, Gary and Johnathan; and his great grandchildren, Malcolm, Ethan, Joel, Braden, Morgan, Aliyah, Zoey, Cinnamon, Christen, Cadence, Aleyea, Clayton, Gracie, Matthew and Liam. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
