He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his brothers, Johnny, David and Jeff; his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Joshua, Amy and Emily; Shari.

Memorial donations can be made to Bethell House in Inglewood, would be greatly appreciated by his family and friends.
