She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Patrick Hamilton; her children, Connor and Charlie; her parents, Ben Vanderbyl and Pam Vanderbyl; her brothers, Darren (Lisa) and Brandon (Angela); her parents-in-law, Richard and Cheryle Hamilton; her brother-in-law Mike (Stephanie); and her nieces and nephews, Cassidy, Leah, Emma, Alex, Henry and Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Oncolocy Unit at Headwaters Health Care Centre.
