He was predeceased by: his wife Antonia Donkers; and his siblings, Tiene and Toonie. He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Pam), Bruce (Lori), Grant and Sandy Schaefer (Jim); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Sydney, Sheila, Brandon, Madison, Rune and Tove. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
