She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rev. Elliott Sheppard; her children, Andrew (Sheila Atkinson) of Barrie and Louise (Keith Kervin) of Orillia; her grandchildren, Brendan, Kelvin, Allie, Elliott, Peter and Tim; and her brother Charles (Phyllis Harvie) of Orillia. She was also cherished by 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
