She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Ward and Gertrude Ward; her husband Harry Stanley Burton; her daughter Phyllis; and her siblings, Lenora, Verna, Wes and David.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara of Orillia, David (Susan) of Newcastle, Judy of Orillia and Robert (Bonnie) of New Liskeard; and her sisters, Sandra and Margaret. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
