He was predeceased by: his spouse Rosemarie; and his significant other Nancy Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Heather Molnar (Kent Drope) of Barrie, Sandy Sloan of Beeton and Glenn Pearson of Orillia; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah and Ray.
