He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Brenda) and Terri Lynn Trew (Brad); and his grandchildren, Brendon, Evan, Daniel, Nicole, James, Cooper, Jenna and Amber (Troy). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
