As Bill departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bill leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his sons, Craig Palmer (Nancy) and Ken Palmer (Laura); and his brother David Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Palmer; his granddaughters, Emily and Samantha; and his brother Ron Palmer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Simcoe Funeral Home (38 James St E, Orillia, ON L3V1L1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:40 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Creemore Union Cemetery (99 Collingwood St, Creemore, ON L0M1G0).
