Bill Rands Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 19, 2022, Bill Rands (Orillia, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Ted" Rands and Honour "Tiny" Hill; his stepfather Percy Hill; and his brothers, Paul (Donna) and Peter (Gloria).

He is survived by: his wife Susan Rands; and his children, Jennifer, Jason, Debbie and Karen.
