He is survived by: his wife Pam Cousineau; his children, Kara (Stephen) and Kyle (Diane); his grandchildren, Bryce, Hailey, Ethan and Payton; and his siblings, Randy (Monica), Steve (JoAnne), Bruce (Bonnie), Heidi and Eric. He is also survived by his family and friends.
