He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Irene; and his sisters, Barb Gervais and Debbie Desforges. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Steve (Melissa) and Christine (Ryan); his stepchildren, Shawn, Kristen and Andrea (Ian); his grandchildren, Tyler, Alexis, Miley, Mason, Aubrey, Mya, Layla and Olivia; and his mother-in-law Pearl Wuschenny.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Carson Funeral Homes (54 Coldwater St E, Orillia, ON L3V1W5).
