He was predeceased by: his daughter Nicole (Brandon); his siblings, Vern (Nancy) and Debbie (Roy); and his parents, Earl Vivian and Rhoda Vivian.

He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Horne; his children, Christina (Bryan), Lisa (Jeff), Brittany (Nick) and Ashley; his grandchildren, Kallie, Trinity, Dakota, Tennessee, Zoey, Tyler, Cole, Avery and Summer; and his siblings, Gary (Diane) and Val (Sandra). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation or to Mariposa House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
