He was predeceased by : his parents, Wib Murray and Iva Murray (Lamb). He is survived by : his wife Julie Lutjens (Lutjens); his sisters, Margaret Collier (late Ron) and Leanne Clipsham (Peter); his niece Nicole; and his nephews, Stephen, Kris and Pete.
