It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce Wood (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Bruce Wood to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wood and Kathleen Wood; and his brothers, Victor, Doug and Jerry.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Sean (Teresa) of Parksville, BC and Ben of Orillia; his grandsons, Erik and Isak; and his sisters, Brenda Scott (late George), Bev Horne, Gina Burton, Heather Flemming (Brian), Lynda Mann (Dave) and Sheila Wood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Baptist Church (265 Coldwater Rd W, Orillia, ON L3V3M1). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. James' Cemetery (320 Coldwater Rd W, Orillia, ON L3V3M1).
