She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Leah Herbert (Mike Shurtliffe) and Wayne Herbert (Jody Miller); her grandchildren, Maddie Bailey (Desi Newman), Christie Herbert (Tyler VanKalsbeek), Jenna Buchanan (Trevor Dixon) and Tyler Herbert; and her siblings, Rocky, Joanne and Kathleen. She is also survived by her family and friends.
