He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Ashley Holden (Josh) and Kelsey King (James); his granddaughters, Abigail and Bridget; his mother Marion Heavener; his siblings, Mike Heavener (Vicki) and Laurie Short (Ralph); his parents-in-law, Bill and Joan Houston; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Houston and David Houston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
