He was predeceased by: Matthew. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn; his stepdaughter Nicole; and his siblings, Debbie (Carl), Alden (Nancy), Martin (Teresa) and Amy (Steve). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
