He was predeceased by: his father John Burleigh. He is survived by: his close friend Manny Maurus; his children, Travis (Savannah), Jason (Cheryl), Odin, Magen, Krystal and Jasmine (Jay); his grandchildren, Carter, Paisley, Blaire, Joe, Sydney and Georgia; his siblings, Cindy, Bill (Kim), Kim Armstrong (Brian), Rick, Michelle, Diane and James; and his mother Christina Burleigh (late Ross Coulson). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
