He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Frank and Shirley Frank. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Phil (Tanya) and Adam (Amanda); his siblings, Randall, Jerilyn Cottrell (David) and Gregory (Simone); and his pets, Buddy and Angel.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
