He was predeceased by: his parents, Levitt Colin Rowell and Ruth Rowell; his stepfather Nick Carrick; and his cousins, George Rowell (Laura), Lorna Rowell, Elizabeth Wood (David), Terry Swannell (Joyce), Gary Swannell (Junette) and Penny Genova (Chris).
He is survived by: his daughter Brianna Rowell (Matt Walsh); his stepdaughter Cecilia Verduin (Matt); his grandchildren, Emma, Nolan Walsh, Arabella and Elliott Verdiun; his stepsister Arlene Hinchcliffe (Jeremy); his niece Crystal Morris (Greg); his nephew Andrew Morris (Daria); and his aunt Linda Swannell (Dick).
