With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Arthur Fountain (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on January 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gladys Fountain; his children, Heather Hamilton, Rick Fountain, David Fountain (Nicolette), Kevin Fountain, Melanie Fountain (David), Danny Fountain and Leesa Horsfield (Keith); his stepchildren, Laurie (Bruce), Kathy (Paul) and Vince (Kathy); and his siblings, Keith (Carla), Donna (David), Jack (Ruth), George (Vicky) and Joan. He was also cherished by 32 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund or to the Orillia Minor Lacrosse Association through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia.
