He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Forrest and Dorothy Forrest; and his sister Bonnie Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Barbara Bannerman (Connel) and Kimberley VanMierlo; his grandchildren, Cole, Claire, Chase, Ashton, Kai, Ryder and Rys; and his siblings, James (Pat), Oralee Richardson (Charlie), Dawn Kelly (Al) and Margaret Briden-McAllister (Neil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
