She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Strootman; her daughter Margaret Skrabl; and her sibling Pieter Heuvelman of Rotterdam, Netherlands.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacoba Kors, Marijke Opalka and Diana Ansell; her grandchildren, Rick, Sandra Skrabl, Tim, Micheal, Gwendolyn Kors, Kelly, Katie and Kevin Ferguson; and her sibling Adrianus Heuvelman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Dementia Society or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
