She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jeannette, Ray, Jackie and Richard. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Ken" Burd; her pet Kiera; her children, Brian (Cathy Reczetar) of Peterborough and Sandra MacKenzie-Johnston (Terry) of Gravenhurst; her grandchildren, Nick (Samantha), Krystal (Phil), Mike (Jana), Jessica, Courtney, Johnna and Morgan (Jake); and her sisters, Diane LaBlanc (John) of Brampton and Susan Lachapelle (Raymond) of Ville-Marie, Quebec.. She is also survived by her 8 great grandchildren, her many nieces, nephews.
