He was predeceased by: his wife Mary-Lynn. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Antonia, Christopher Cleaveley, Kelly Johnson (Michael), Crystal Middleton-Cleaveley (Cody Belford) and Kristina Middleton; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Nina, Celeste, Daniel, Spencer, Kae, Gavin, Mika, Tayton, Lucian and Xavier.
