He was predeceased by: his parents, William Puddicombe and Rhoda Puddicombe; and his brother Charles'Chucky'. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Brissette; his sister Patsy McQuarrie (James); and his friends, Bryan (Susan) and Stefanie (Mark).
