He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Holmes and Ida Holmes; and his brothers, Percy (Fern) and Kenny (Joan). He is survived by: his sisters, Doreen (Carl), Linda (Bob) and Patsy (John); his wife Nola; his daughters, Lisa and Sherry; his stepchildren, Vanessa and Aaron; his grandchildren, Kristen, Michelle, Dakota, Megan, Amy, David and Jenny; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Landen, Theo, Koah, Levi, Elias, Branden, Brielle and Louise. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Seven Bridge Women's Institute (1035 Southwood Rd, Severn Bridge, ON P0E1N0).
