He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Phillips; his parents, William Phillips and Pearl Phillips; and his siblings, Grant Phillips (Irma) and Bruce Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Phillips of Severn, Fay MacKenzie of Severn and Marie Dicks (Randy) of Angus; his grandchildren, James, Kate and Alex; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Mneme; and his sibling Colleen Phillips.
